Because our weight loss plans are delivered digitally via email, all sales are final once the plan has been sent.

If you experience technical issues (paid but didn’t receive your plan), contact us and we’ll resolve it promptly.

If you accidentally paid the wrong amount, we can assist with a partial refund – please email us within 7 days.
